Job Description
- Developing and modifying tour package and itineraries for a variety of individual clients and groups
- Handling holiday information desk and dealing with clients with required tour packages
- Interface directly with clients to resolve related issues and answer questions, so effective customer service skills are a necessity
- Successfully plan every aspect of a tour, from charter vehicles to attraction tickets, so the group must be highly organized when it comes to logistics planning
- Full coordination with ticketing and operation department to develop, deliver and operate a tour package
Position: Ticketing Officer - 1

Qualification & Requirement
- Must have completed / Ongoing Bachelor Degree in related subject
- Should have at least 2 years’ experience with any airlines or travel agency in ticketing and reservation
- Should have good knowledge of GDS booking system preferably Abacus, Galileo and/or Sabre
- Should have good command In English and Nepali (speaking, reading, writing)
- Should have knowledge in airline fare rules, BSP reconciliations, ticket cancellations & refunds
- Should have the good knowledge about budget airlines and group bookings
- Should have Microsoft application skills (words, excel , PPT , internet)
- Should have highly skilled in customer services
Job Description
- Handling International flight Ticket queries over calls and emails.
- Making reservations and ticketing using GDS systems and other carrier portals.
- Meeting clients demand as in special request like seat allocation, meal preference, unaccompanied minor, arrangements for a stretcher, wheelchair, travel insurance, etc
- Processing Clients request like full ticket cancellation, partial refund, reissue, etc. as per each and every airline ticketed fare rule.
- Informing passenger if there is any change in the ticketed flight schedule.
- Prepare cost-effective travel plans and provide excellent customer service.
- Other services as instructed by the company's manager
